Glad to hear business is booming!! No reason that you could not use the base/contouring feature with another KMG Adjustable mold. Still could build any style. That will save you some bucks. Preston Thompson and Dave and others are set up that way.

Thanks for the reply. and sorry for the delay in responding!
I just got back from Oregon where my guitar mentor resides. I took my newly made "fret radius jig" to have him tell me how cool I was. Well, long story short, he shot it full of holes. This mentor is an engineer type turned luthier and he thinks deeper than the normal human being! He did suggest some modifications and I am going to follow his advice. If this ever turns out I'll let you know. I think I've learned my lesson about sharing something that I haven't fully vetted!
Oh well, my heart was in the right place, I think :)

Watch out for them guitar making Engineers, being one myself I can tell they are up to no good!
That's great you got some constructive advice. Maybe you discovered why there is not more in process documentation at that website? Anyway, yes your heart was in the right place, I how you getting working correctly and you will be able to share the outcome.
