Looks like a 1/4" saddle too, with no angle - parallel to the front of the bridge. In all, I think the 1/4" saddle is a great idea.

I could hear a small difference. (My sound system is unusually complex for a computer.) The Gore is slightly louder on all freqs, with slightly more cutting highs. I ought to go listen on my other computer, which is not quite so sophisticated, though it too is bi-amped.
