Couple of coats of satin poly rubbed on- pores are filled - another few coats today then let it set a week and polish it out. It will get nice and shiny.
Why only the bottom portion? Because my thrice-be-damned camera cannot do a simple task like keep the contrast constant over the whole body. I don't know what comes after 'thrice' or I would have used that. :-)
Anyway, looks real good up close and personal.

Thanks, it will look fine after polishing up a bit.
I cannot wait to hear what this one sounds like. Pumped, is what I am. If it sounds as good as I hope, I will build another immediately; I have some nice bubinga, and am shopping around for some great sitka or englemann.
