OK I'm pumped!

Post by Tim Benware » Mon Sep 16, 2013 1:26 pm

My offer was accepted on this 2 acre property. My son and daughter-in-law will be renting the house from me and MY NEW SHOP will be housed in the 25' x 27' garage/work shop you see in the picture. It is already completely wired and insulated for a work shop as that was the use by the previous owner. Closing is scheduled for on or about October 25th. Can't wait to get moved in!!

Wow Tim what a beautiful setting....I am jealous! How nice to have a dedicated shop building too.
I hope you won't have too much work keeping your out of the shop taking care of the acreage.

That is way cool. 675 sqr feet of shop space, with easy access to bring in heavy tools.

There will be some initial work to "spruce" it up. It is a foreclosure and been vacant for 6 months. Also, my youngest son (24) will be doing the "yard" work as part of the rental agreement. Doesn't get much better than that in my book.

That's awesome! Congrats on that. It will be a lot of fun to set up your dream shop.
