Followed the success kit instructions, spraying the solid side of the kerfing, wrapping in aluminum foil for about 15 minutes, and then carefully bending and camping to the perimeter of the body. Let sit overnight to dry, and then glued the next morning.

Pre-bending the reverse rounded kerfing.

all looking good, i was going through these stages a few months ago, feel like i've learn't A LOT since then (had a lot to learn and still a lot to learn!). See my L-00 walnut thread for a guide to all the mistakes a person can make by mostly not following Ken's instructions properly!

thanks Mike-p.

I'm feeling great about the process and progress so far. I have been reading and rereading the Success Kit instructions, following them as exactly as is practical. Ken has done a wonderful job outlining the objective at each stage, and the process to achieve it.

I've been taking special care to keen the neck and tail blocks square to the base - shimming when necessary.

The one area I feel I could have done better on was gluing of the back kerfing. There are two ares that I have a slight gap where the rounded edge should contact the side. It is a very minute gap in two locations, and I'm confident it won't affect the final tone, or build integrity, but I'll know its there. Likely won't be able to see it when looking through the sound hole.
When clamping the kerfing for the top, I'll take special care when inspecting with a mirror that the kerfing sits snugly against the sides.
