I have about $400 into it. $180 of that is in the tuners and pic up. I used the K & K pure bass pic up. I'm sure it could be done a lot cheaper, given you have enough stuff laying around that's too small for a guitar.

As I can see it, you made no slope in the sides. Kala does. Do you know the bodydepth at the tail and neckside? Can't find it on the net.

Herman, I used. 15' radius on the back. The top is flat, no radius. I forget what the thickness is at the blocks, I'm in NYC for the weekend, I'll let you know when I get home. I know I went a little thicker than the baritone plans I was using showed.
