Exactly Ken...and John, that is what I do, and since I have many more guitars to build I need to get organized!

Tim I'd be happy to convert the format to PDF if anyone prefers that over Word. Just PM and I can do it straight away.

I can convert to PDF, does this forum allow that?

EDIT: Answered my own question. File attached. Constructive criticism requested. Admittedly this is incomplete and I "fill in" where necessary as there are many "sub" steps.
