This is a unique way of doing this. I wouldn't have thought of doing it this way. Spring clamps like this were used and still are for clamping things like frames for paintings and boxes. Thanks for posting this link...Mike

I always thought I would need spokeshaves for guitar building necks so I bought a few of the curved and flat ones years ago. I have no clue where they are since I rarely ever used them. I find that rasp and especially now those micro plane rasp do a much faster job then spokeshaves. ..Mike

A hundred and four here in Philly. The dog didn't even want to go for a walk today. Took him out and he wanted to turn back after a minute. I believe the pavement was to hot on his paws....Mike
