My forms are to size. I heat and bend them about 15 minutes at 290 F then I let cool and heat them up again for 15 minutes blanket set for 290F. With this process the sides are pretty locked in. Happy New Year all! Someone gave me this band saw because it stopped working. They tried replacing the capacitor on the motor with no luck and then gave up on it. I checked the voltage on the switch - the input side was 120V but the output side was only 20V. I put in a new switch and the motor turns...
