Tail block assembly not on rim centerline
Just completed gluing the tail block to rim. Still not right. The centerline of the tail block is off rim centerline by about 3/16". Does this matter? Do I need to get the iron out again? It is square with the rim. In the MM instructions, it is this CL alignment that is off. http://www.kennethm...

Hey Jay, Just a word of encouragement. You can get this done. Most of us have had to undo a bad glue up on end blocks. Finally got the joint separated with some guidance from Ken. Once I heated the joint enough the job went more quickly. Still have to glue the horizonal cracks and clean up the glue... that's another day!
