pin hole taper
In anticipation for gluing on the bridge and then drilling the holes, I know they need to be tapered. Any alternatives to purchasing a $65 reamer? Thanks

If you willing to spend a little more I own the Bosch Colt....very nice trim router very well made and precise. I do not have any experience with Grizzly small tools but Own many of their larger machines....table saw, band saw, thickness planer etc and am extremely happy with all of them....they are...

Thanks for the info, I am planning now go the waterslide route....Can I spray shellac a few coats over it? I plan on using TO for all the rest of the guitar. Can TO be applied over shellac? Or should I just use a different spray product on the headstock entirely?

I just saw one done using vinyl from a local sign shop. There happens to be one right down the street from me and he can do it no problem, they have some nice colors to choose from, one being a satin gold that looked great...anybody with any experience with that?
