Before gluing the back, with the top glued on I touched up the rims with both a 10 ft radius dish and a radiused sanding bar.

Double check the back fit

Also before gluing the back on I decided to profile the fret board. Mainly so I can draw out the sound hole profile with the back off.

Cleaned up the back and glued on the label and then glued on the back.

Still early but it looks like this will be a pretty responsive guitar with an active back. The first three peaks are the Air, Top and Back resonances. Looking past the three peaks there are a bunch of resonant peaks to contribute to a rich voice. An active back working with the top helps make a bunch of those peaks.
