Red cedar student boo-boo - too thin?

I think I brought this up a couple of years ago - but I still have this red cedar top that a student took down way thin (for red cedar) - it's pretty floppy and I wonder if it is worth cutting braces for and seeing if they can make the thing useful.
Thoughts?

Dave, maybe you could take it down even more and use it for a double top.

JIm - never crossed my mind. I'll give that some thought - it would be fun to try.

I did that a few years ago Dave and set it aside. A couple months ago I used it for an ukulele top and work GREAT!

Thanks guys.
Yeah, it is currently cut to a L-00 size, but I could make a 00 or something like that I suppose. Do you think that would work?
