Wood instead of pipe?

Post by Dave Bagwill » Mon Nov 14, 2016 12:58 pm

I currently use a metal pipe with the 6x6 omega blanket to bend various things - the setup that Ken Cierp recommends - works fine.
For a couple of really tight bends, the pipe is too large in diameter.
Will using wood instead of pipe work as well - not going as high as "Farenheit 451" of course? :-)

DAve, I strapped a smaller pipe onto my big one on the top, about 6" back so I could do the tighter waist areas. Would that work for you?

<still groveling> I had not thought of that Kevin, don't have a smaller pipe but reckon I could get one.
